What support do you offer after a project? +
We tailor support to what works best for you. If we host a service, support can often be included in a monthly cost. For on-premise tools, such as a data-processing system, ad-hoc support may be the most practical option. We’ll agree an arrangement that suits the solution and your team.
How do we get started? +
We usually begin with a free discovery meeting to understand the problem, what you are trying to achieve, and whether we are the right fit to help. We are remote-first, but can also arrange site visits where that is useful.
Who do you work with? +
We specialise in supporting small and medium-sized businesses that do not need, or do not yet have, a dedicated IT or software-development team. We can help set up or review infrastructure, and are particularly experienced in extracting, migrating and making better use of data from systems that do not offer those capabilities natively.
Do you work remotely or on-site? +
We are a remote-first company. We believe people do their best work when they have control over their environment and the flexibility to work around life’s responsibilities. When being on-site is useful, we can accommodate that too.
How do you charge? +
For clearly defined work, we can provide a project cost. We also offer a competitive fixed day rate for work where the scope may evolve. For businesses needing regular help, 12-month agreements can provide a set number of hours each month and may offer better value than day rates — without forcing you into an unnecessarily large support contract.
